Please find below practice walks for this coming years national 3 peaks 36-hour challenge,(16th….18th June 2006). Plus Swiss (Sept2006) and Peru May 2007).
If you are able to come on any of the following walks, can you please let me know in advance, so that I can try to organise transport etc, also if you are able to offer transport, that would be appreciated.
It is strongly advised for you to bring with you on each walk, appropriate clothing, for the weather etc, and also a TORCH.

Saturday 4th March 2006 LONDON. (Walk to St Pauls along the Thames to The Monument) We shall be climbing past the Whispering gallery at St Pauls Cathedral, and then cross over the Millenium Bridge, walk along the Thames, to The Monument, After we have climbed the Monument, we shall then perhaps have a wander to Covent Garden, perhaps time for a meal before heading home. Bank Holiday weekend 27th, 28th, 29th May 2006 Either Mount Snowdon area, Or Perhaps Scotland to climb a Munroe (Perhaps Ben Lomond), Leave Friday PM and return either Sunday eve’ or Monday.
Saturday 3rd June 2006 (FINAL PRACTICE WALK) Kinder etc, to include Kinder reservoir area.
Saturday 13th May 2006, 3 peaks meeting at 15 Greenfield Avenue (8pm) for everybody to meet, and ask questions etc. Please let me know in advance if you can make this meeting.
Saturday 18th March 2006. We are Holding a barn dance, to raise funds for 24th Northampton Boys Brigade. Nothing serious, just a bit of a laugh. Tickets are £ 5.50 each, to include ploughman’s supper. There is also a Bar on the night.
